Dr. Tolscik is a Psychiatrist, board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.  She completed her Psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and pursued fellowship training at the Payne Whitney Women’s Program in the Department of Psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.  Dr. Tolscik is currently in private practice in Amarillo, TX specializing in Women’s Mental Health and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychiatry at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo.
