Dr. Diane Sanford is a psychologist, author, educator and mom. For the past decade, she has focused on mindfulness-based solutions to remedy stress and negative thinking. Megan Lauer Demsky is a voracious reader, foodie, shoe collector, and Shakespeare buff. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Bard College and has worked as a writing consultant for a university. She lives in the St. Louis area with her husband, daughter, and two ungrateful rescue pets.
