    When helping hurts

I sent this to all the doula organizations I know in my City, and have received notes of appreciation back. Moral injury is serious, and I have suffered it as a nurse and as a lactation consultant, to the point that I could no longer work in a hospital and participate in the abuse perpetrated by physicians (mostly) on my sisters. I found this easy to read publication both compassionate and wise, identifying and recognizing the situation and offering 4 strategies for personal healing.
